In-class attendance

I never really understood why would the school first embrace hybrid learning out of necessity and then wind that back again. I mean even companies are embracing hybrid work. There are entire industries and companies building solutions for hybrid working and learning. Just because NUS's infrastructure is so backward, and because the leadership team isn't forward-thinking, they are forcing in-person attendance. Feels backward for a 'future of business leaders' school. Really disillusioned.
